It goes without saying that Texas is huge: Huge on flavors, huge on culture, and huge on a special kind of can-do spirit. That’s why we knew the Taste of Texas Cocktail Throw Down would yield some amazing entries. Last month we kicked off an open invitation cocktail contest that invited bartenders, mixologists, and tastemakers to express what they love about Texas in the form of a bourbon-based bevvy.
