Crafted by @chefkevinoconnor for the Black Feather Cocktail Throw Down. 

Respect Thy Elders 

  • 4 ounces Black Feather whiskey 
  • 1.5 oz elderberry syrup 
  • 1 oz lemon juice
  • 5 drops creole bitters

Shake it up and pour over crushed ice and soda. Garnish with whatever you find foraging. In this case, currants and thyme.
