  • 2 oz Black Feather Whiskey
  • .75 oz Poli Grappa Miele
  • 1 oz Tea & Honey syrup 
  • .75 oz fresh lemon juice

 

How to make Tea and honey syrup

  • 8 oz honey
  • 8 oz cooled black tea 

How to make Honey Foam

  • 1 ¼ t gelatin 
  • 3 oz cold water
  • 7 oz Tea & Honey Syrup
  • 1 oz fresh lemon juice
